The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Mr. Abdullah who was very polite and helpful. They offer daily cleaning service which kept the room clean and tidy. The hotel helped me arrange for transportation from the airport to the hotel for a reasonable price.

The property itself offered good value for the price, and the room, although slightly smaller than expected from the pictures, was clean and comfortable. The breakfast, served at the hotel's restaurant, was satisfactory with a variety of options available. Despite a few minor issues, such as a strange smell in the lobby and some maintenance issues in the room, we had an overall positive experience at Gardenya Suite. The room was not as clean as we would have liked it to be. the bathroom had no door separating the showering area from the rest of the bathroom which led to water spilling onto the floor.

During my city break, I was pleasantly surprised to find a hotel that was located in the heart of the city and within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and clean, and it was serviced daily. I appreciated the friendly staff who were always willing to help.

While the location and staff were fantastic, I was disappointed to find that the hotel did not have its own parking facilities and that my car had to be parked elsewhere. the hotel could have benefited from better in-room amenities.
